Employee Assistance Counselors Want to Help with Debt Issues

On Tuesday, I joined the New York Employee Assistance Program Association on
their annual boatride around the fair isle of Manhattan and had a chance to talk to
some very wonderful EAP Directors about consumer debt and the need to educate
their counselors and clients about debt collection practices, consumer rights, and
